Localization Sales Associate

Right now we are looking for talented sales associates to join our winning team in Brussels.Reporting to the Sales Director, the Localization Sales Associate is responsible for selling the MO Group International line of multi-functional localization/translation and testing services including game localization and testing, software localization, website, medical and technical translation services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and close significant sales in the following industries: software, hardware, telecommunications, video games and medical devices
- Responsible for prospecting and creating new accounts
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all MO Group International services
- Develop and increase MO Group International´s client base
- Meet or exceed all assigned targets for sale
- Identify and sell to client needs in order to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Provide first-class customer service by listening, understanding and responding to client questions and concerns
- Take appropriate action to resolve ALL client issues in a timely manner and to the full satisfaction of the client
- Follow up with colleagues for escalation and resolution of more complex problem
- Learn and embrace new MO Group International initiatives and training as business needs evolve
- Initiate contact with potential/new clients and existing clients to answer general service inquiries and identify and action sales opportunities
- Maintaining high business standards in representing the MO Group International brand
- Accept and incorporate constructive feedback to improve performance
- Drive RFP/RFI processes through cold calling, networking etc.
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education
- 2-5 years of experience with translation /localization direct sales
- Must have solid presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English – any other languages are an asset
- Display good judgment and composure under pressure
- Self-motivation and dedicated work ethic
- Demonstrate ongoing initiative to improve learning and knowledge of MO Group International services
- Demonstrate an ongoing respect for coworkers and supervisors
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills with a knowledge of MS Office is an asset
